FAQ

Here are a selection of the questions that we get asked most often. If you can’t find the answer you need, don’t hesitate to contact us either by email at buntedlifestyle@yahoo.com or by telephone on 0845 498 9703 (7 days a week 10am – 6pm) and we will be happy to help!

How much fabric do I need to send you?

We need 1 metre of flat fabric for every 2 metres of bunting. We have lots of fabric currently in stock, which you are able to choose from, or we are happy to turn your own fabric into bespoke bunting! Please email us for further information.

How long are the ties at either end?

We provide 40cm at each end for the ties. These are included in the overall cost, however they are not included in the quoted length. For example, 4 metres of bunting will actually measure 4 metres and 80 cm.

How quickly can I get my bunting?

At this stage, we require three weeks lead time, however should you have an urgent occasion please feel free to contact us and we will try our best to accommodate you. (We know what it’s like!)

Do you post internationally?

Yes indeedy! Just email us your details and we will send you a quote for postage.

How big are your pennants?

Our standard pennants are 22cm wide and 30cm long. If you provide the fabric then to get the best out of that fabric the pennants may be a slightly different size. If you need pennants of a particular size, mention this in your email and we can give you a quote.

How far apart are the pennants spaced?

We create a 5cm space between each pennant. We think it looks better that way, but should you require less or more let us know.

Can I have letters on my bunting?

You can have what ever you want on your bunting! Cheeky messages, baby names, ‘Happy Birthday’, you want it, you got it! We charge £0.50 per letter.

What types of fabric can I send you?

We are happy experimenting with all types of fabric. We treat all sentimental fabrics with the utmost of care and diligence, so feel reassured that we turn special fabric into special bunting!

How do I look after my bunting?

Bunting by bunted! is best stored flat in a dry area. Even better, consider purchasing a bunting bag to keep it in tip top condition!

Our bunting is suitable for indoor and outdoor use. If need be you can give your bunting a gentle 30 degree machine wash, but please make sure your bunting is dry before storing.

What kind of fabric do you have in stock?

For a full range of our fabrics, please see our ‘Fabrics’ page. All fabrics are a polycotton blend unless otherwise stated. We rotate our fabrics and buy one offs so no bunting is ever the same. We often have more at bunted! hq not pictured online so feel free to ask and we can email you pictures of these.

How can I pay?

We accept payment through Paypal – you can find it here. We also take cash!
